Mrs Morag Coulter sadly passed away, after being diagnosed with a terminal illness just before Christmas. She bore her illness with courage and calmness and we send our deepest sympathy to Bob and the family.
Our greensman, Terry Hampton, suffered a stroke just before Christmas and the retiring President Dave Massey and Chairman J.H.P.Jones both spoke of the amount of work that Terry had put into the Club over and above of his duties as a greensman, and thanked members on his behalf for the cards, hospital visits and support they had shown him.
It is unlikely that Terry will be back this season and the Club will have to look for a temporary greensman.
Terry was also responsible for hiring of the green to outside parties and the Secretary would be grateful if those parties who had contacted Terry for bookings this season could now contact him to confirm the details.
We all wish Terry a speedy recovery.
The Secretary gave a full report on the Clubs activities in 2003 and congratulated he Club on winning the Gwynedd Cup, Bryn Hughes for winning the Welsh Junior Merit and the B Team in the North Wales Coast League for gaining promotion to Section B in only their fourth season in the league.
Just over a hundred members joined the winter bowling on Queens Road and the green is well used, even though hampered slightly by the building works, which are being carried out to the new community centre. Brickwork on the walls is well underway and it is hoped that the Centre will be up and running by the end of June. (see Photo below)

The Club is part of the Community Centre Complex and is looking forward to the future.
He wished members and the Club all the best for 2004.
